Job Title: Clinical Support Manager

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Manager to join our team at Beatrice Community Hospital & Health Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role

The Clinical Support Manager provides support for all clinical areas, working closely with medical staff, nursing staff, and leadership to implement and maintain clinical programs that enhance quality of care and achieve high levels of patient and provider satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support during periods when administration is not present.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, nursing staff, and leadership to develop and implement clinical programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • A valid RN license from Nebraska or a Compact state.
  • The ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications within the first year of employment.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
