Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Executive Protection Personal Security Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is crucial in providing premier security services for our founders and their families, ensuring their safety and peace of mind in all situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop personalized security plans
  • Provide close protection and security escort services to clients during travel, events, and day-to-day activities
  • Observe and operate security cameras, security systems, and access control
  • Monitor and assess potential security threats, taking proactive measures to prevent and mitigate risks
  • Maintain constant vigilance, security presence, and situational awareness, responding swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and other relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Conduct security briefings and training sessions for clients and their staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of clients, staff, and all business partners
  • Conduct safe and secured vehicle transportations for clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection or personal security, preferably in a corporate or high-net-worth environment
  • Strong physical fitness and defensive tactics skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel extensively as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays
  • Experience working in a family environment with children
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant security-related training programs is highly desirable
  • Military background and CCW license are not required but desirable
About Us

The Security Specialist will report directly to the Director of Security. Currently, the Security Specialist has no personnel reporting directly to him or her. This role will require reporting to Calabasas, CA.
