Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to advance the practice of nursing and improve positive outcomes for patients.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical ensures high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this role directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
  • Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
