Job Responsibilities and RequirementsAs a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical, you will ensure high-quality patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. You will collaborate with other members of the management team to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with admission and discharge processes, participating in quality assessment, and supporting staff scheduling and inventory control.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, a valid compact state RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ACLS or successful completion within three months of hire is also required. Chemotherapy certification is preferred.
