Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the Aimbridge Hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and supporting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager with daily operations and tasks
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
