We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team at UCP of Maine, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in your community.

About the Role

This Clinician HCT position is a key part of our efforts to provide youth mental health support. As a Therapist, you will work with caregivers and youth to help them manage mental health symptoms and improve their functioning in their homes, schools, and communities.

You will utilize both individual and family treatment models, providing caregivers with the support they need to create safe and predictable home environments for their children. Additionally, you will assist families in developing and practicing improved patterns of interaction to reduce strain on relationships and build on family strengths.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $56,375 annually (conditional license: $55,000) with opportunities for growth based on experience. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) plan with a 3% match after one year of employment. We also provide continuing education opportunities to help you advance in your career.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid LCPC, LCSW, LMSW-CC, LMFT, or LMFT-C licensure. You will also need a valid State of Maine driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of registration and insurance. Furthermore, you must reside in the state of Maine and be willing to use your own transportation for work.
