Job Summary:
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to patients with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual disorders
  • Function within the multidisciplinary treatment team under the supervision of professional staff
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal care, and aid in recovery

This is a full-time position located at Acadia Hospital in Bangor, Maine. The successful candidate will be working with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Certification in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques preferred
