Job Summary:

Covenant Health (Tennessee) is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Thompson Oncology Group team. As a member of our team, you will provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correlate patient history and support systems within hospital care/nursing home care.
  • Assess needs of patient and family.
  • Develop and initiate plan of care, involving patient and family.
  • Recommends interventions.
  • Evaluates plan of care.
  • Clinical expertise and knowledge is such that individual can resolve complex patient/management/physician problems without supervision.

Requirements:

  • Valid Tennessee RN license.
  • Minimum of three (3) years professional experience.
  • Fire/security, infection control, and CPR inservices are required. OCN preferred.
