Offshore Food Service Opportunities

ESS Support Services Worldwide is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Executive Stewards, Stewards, Night Cooks/Bakers, and Galley Hands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage food service and housekeeping operations for 100+ customers
  • Supervise catering crews of 10 or more
  • Plan and cost menus, train staff, and maintain a positive customer service attitude
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Extensive experience in food service operations
  • Ability to work in remote locations with limited access to telephones
  • Must provide own transportation to crew change locations
