Job Summary

Altice USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a valued member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our range of telecom products and services to customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of each customer's needs and preferences, and craft tailored telecom packages that meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop a compelling sales pitch that showcases the value of our products and services, and effectively addresses customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with their purchase and that we meet our sales targets.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports, ensuring that we have a clear record of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve collective sales targets and goals.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal and team success.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and ability to work independently.
