Position Overview: AW Health Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA Float to provide essential support across various independent living communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal hygiene assistance to clients.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Administer wound care as required.
  • Travel between multiple communities to cover shifts.

Work Schedule: The role involves flexibility with 12-hour shifts from 7AM-8:30PM or 6-hour shifts from 3:15PM-9:15PM. Availability for 4-5 days a week and 2 weekends per month on an alternating basis is necessary.
