Join Our Team as a CNA or Caregiver

At AW Health Care, we invite experienced and compassionate CNAs and Caregivers to apply for our PRN Weekends Only position in our beautiful partner independent living communities located in the St. Louis and St. Charles County areas.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to train and float to our senior communities and private duty home clients on weekends. As a CNA or Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and enjoy competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, skin care, and hair care.
  • Provide physical assistance with transfers, positioning, and ambulation as outlined in the client care plan.
  • Assist clients with prescribed non-skilled exercises and provide light meal preparation.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Apply non-prescription topical ointments and lotions to unbroken skin at the client's direction.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) not previously listed and within the scope of service and licensure.
Work Environment:

As a CNA or Caregiver, you will work in clients' homes located in the community and on the independent living community grounds. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and enjoy a range of benefits, including competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a range of perks.
