Job Summary

The Customer Service Lead is a key member of our store management team, responsible for ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, sales acumen, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Allocate staff and resources to maintain a well-stocked sales floor and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Organize and maintain sales floor and stock areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, take full responsibility for all store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Four years of high school with a diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to operate a Point-of-Sale computer system and complete cash transactions accurately.
