Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home care services for geriatric patients in Rhode Island. As a Certified Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be mature, compassionate, and dependable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements:
- Rhode Island Certified Nursing Assistant License.
- Verification of training (CNA Certification).
- Submit to BCI/National Fingerprint Bureau.
- Two negative PPDs within the last 12 months.
- Verification of inoculations: Measles, T-dap, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella.
- CPR certification.
