Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, triage, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting client interactions and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, using active listening and empathy skills.

Qualifications

  • State of RI RN license
  • Ambulatory healthcare experience
  • HIV certification desirable
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
