We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals struggling with eating disorders. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to help patients achieve a healthy and fulfilling life.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Monte Nido. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide quality patient care, including monitoring patient activities and behaviors, providing meal support, and facilitating therapy activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care, including basic monitoring of patient activities and behaviors
  • Support patients with eating disorders through meal monitoring, support, and redirection
  • Facilitate therapy activities, including art, recreational, meditation, and guided imagery
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications required
  • Ability to obtain AZ DPS fingerprint card within specified timeframe
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Experience in behavioral and/or mental health preferred
