Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Ambulatory Pediatrics department at University Hospitals, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, efficient, and age-specific nursing care to patients and families, utilizing the nursing process to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Function in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohio Board of Nursing and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize care and clinical operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills and best practices in nursing care, ensuring safe and effective practice.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management and contribute to the overall success of the department.
