Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Parkinson's disease program at Community Wellness Partners. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to establish and develop partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and national programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Parkinson's disease program, focusing on creating a supportive community environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, care professionals, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive services and support groups.
  • Plan and facilitate movement classes, educational opportunities, and social activities that promote overall well-being.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate data to ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in program coordination and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and web platforms.

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
