1st Line Service Desk Engineer

We're seeking a skilled 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team at The Pines at Rutland Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support the latest Microsoft technologies
  • Provide strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office issues (2003 and onwards)
  • Build, configure, administer, and support all versions of Windows desktops
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS with an active interest in other networking services
