Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structural analysis and design for an array of structural systems
  • Coordinate design efforts with both internal teams and external partners
  • Engage in projects focused on structural renovations, repairs, and expansions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ascertain project needs
  • Guide and mentor junior design team members
  • Create detailed structural drawings and specifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) License
  • Experience in assessing and designing modifications or repairs for existing structures
  • Capability to manage project financial aspects
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary
