We currently have an opening for a Registered Nurse in our Intermediate Care unit. This role offers the opportunity to work with patients who require complex medical care and to be part of a diverse and supportive nursing team.
Job Summary
This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical needs. The successful candidate will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance professional development.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in DC.
- BSN or MSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
