Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehab Center. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve function, and promote healing.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy.
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and Net Health Electronic Documentation System.
