We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ballinger Healthcare (SNF) in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering person-centered care and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and its impact on daily occupations, well-being, and quality of life.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using a variety of techniques to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
  • Provide recommendations for home modifications and adaptive equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Ensure thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active/Valid Texas license in Occupational Therapy.
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
