Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ballinger Healthcare (SNF) and Central Texas Nursing & Rehab. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and its impact on daily activities.
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using various techniques to maximize safety and performance in daily living activities.
  • Assess clients' homes and environments, providing recommendations for modifications and adaptive equipment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Document patient progress and comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Active/Valid Texas license in Occupational Therapy.
  • SNF/Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities.
