We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Kamatics Corp. Defunct. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the continual operation of equipment and facility with a strong emphasis on CNC service maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all operations to ensure equipment and facility operation, with a focus on CNC service maintenance.
- Act as a troubleshooter and repair equipment and building utilities, resolving problems or referring them to appropriate individuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance with work orders on manual and automated machinery, including CNC lathes, millers, saws, grinding and honing equipment.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns of equipment to minimize production loss.
- Inspect equipment to evaluate conditions that could lead to production breakdowns or unsafe conditions, reporting problems to supervision.
- Train mechanics in operations and processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers, contributing to a positive teamwork environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of manufacturing experience.
- Basic CNC programming, basic mathematics, blueprint reading, and calibrating instruments.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends to meet customer needs.
