Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Director of Geotechnical Services to lead our geotechnical engineering team. As a key executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our geotechnical service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for geotechnical services
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and develop business development strategies
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Master's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
