About the Role

Terracon is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing detailed phases of geotechnical projects with moderate size and complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage geotechnical projects from planning to completion
  • Lead teams of engineers and technicians on site
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Analyze data and make recommendations to clients
  • Communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8-12 years' experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Master's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
