About the Job

The Service Ambassador will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Analyzing customer needs and referring them to other departments as necessary;
  • Processing payments for cash account clients;

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.

Requirements
