About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Specialist to join our team at Search Pros Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and filing legal documents, as well as drafting routine correspondence and communications associated with various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, analyze, and research contracts, resolutions, ordinances, and statutes under the direction of the General Counsel.
  • Serve as a main contact for members, counsel, and other parties in connection with marital dissolution/community property matters.
  • Assist members, parties to legal matters, and staff by email, phone, and in-person regarding relevant legal documents and requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Public Records Act experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
