Requirements:PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening and sorting mail, email and other documents in a centralized mail processing center
- Communicate with other team members and office management with any questions as to document placement.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Efficient coding and processing of digital files.
- Provide digital administrative support to attorneys and staff, by researching scanned document issues within the software.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Recognize difference between urgent and non-urgent documents and categorize accordingly.
- Ability to identify California Workers' Compensation forms and general documents relating to cases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Tech savvy, with ability to quickly learn software applications.
- Strong organizational skills.
- This is not a remote position.
