Job Summary:
KP LLC is looking for a Data Processing (DP) Specialist for an exciting opportunity with one of the finest large-scale printers in the country. The Data Processing (DP) Specialist is an hybrid position and will perform Document Composition, USPS Postal Presort including CASS, NCOA, and adds intelligent mailing page and document controls. The DP Specialist must use independent judgement when creating mail merge documents and importing into Quadient Inspire document composition software. RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mail merge using Word and document composition in Quadient Inspire. Postal file presort preparation, including CASS, PAVE, NCOA and intelligent bar-coding. Prepare all presort paperwork including 3602's, tray tags, etc. Data processing including managing relational databases, de-duping and suppression. Build and create print files for color, black & white, and inkjet variable imaging including page layout and imposition.Education/Qualification:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years experience with variable print files, mail presorts software: Foxpro, Quadient Inspire, Redpoint and Satori.Benefits:
