Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Elms Hotel & Spa. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and concepts.
- Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a 5-star hotel or similar establishment.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a 5-star hotel or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
