  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on Epic system applications and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the IT Build Team to design and implement training plans, ensuring user needs are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Assess user training needs and design training plans, learning objectives, and participant materials to enhance learning.
  • Provide individualized support and optimization assistance to users, ensuring they are proficient in using Epic applications.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement training sessions, providing follow-up support as needed to ensure user needs are met.
  • Evaluate and measure the results of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training environments, participant materials, and exercises to enhance learning and user adoption.
  • Provide specialized training and tools for Super Users assigned to each department, serving as a resource for Super Users and departmental leaders regarding all EMR applications.
  • Ensure Meaningful Use compliance by providing training, tools, and materials to users.
