**Business Development Opportunity**
Lifetime Recruiting Strategies is seeking a seasoned Insurance Managing Partner to drive business growth and expansion in regional sales. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience to deliver exceptional results.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000, with potential earnings exceeding $200,000 annually through production overrides and renewals. Our benefits package includes medical insurance, paid vacation, 401(K), and pension.
**Responsibilities**
As our Insurance Managing Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team
- Managing office operations and satellite districts throughout the region
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance products, with a focus on Life Insurance and Financial Planning
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active Life/Health license for the state and Series 7 and 24 certification (or within six months)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good credit history and residency in the specified regions
