**Job Summary:**

Aventure Staffing is seeking a skilled Downstream Tech 1st shift to join our team. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging tile products.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect and package tile products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Roll and tie tile onto large reels using twine
  • Remove rolls from reels and maintain a clean work area
  • Operate a forklift as needed to move materials
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs to a height of 6 feet
  • Work in temperature extremes and use full range of body motion
  • Work effectively in a team setting
