We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at International Cordage East LTD. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Manager and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary inside support to the Sales Manager, assisting with quoting, sending samples, and answering customer inquiries.
  • Assist with reviewing incoming orders for accuracy and verifying payment terms with accounting.
  • Communicate with the Assistant Production Manager to inform them of customer compliments and concerns, pending projects, and manage lead times for rush orders.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance regarding sales.
  • Review and mentor Sales Clerk order data entry to reduce errors and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or AS degree in business.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service industries.
  • Strong product knowledge, including netting products, hardware, and general installation.
  • Ability to read drawings, create simple drawings, BOM, and follow production steps.
  • Excellent communication and math skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
