Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of team functions and provide operational support to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Lead project initiatives to drive team objectives and provide tracking of activities, key deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and areas of risk, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in reviewing third-party vendors for tooling and aid in the implementation across PINS and relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Work closely with PINS teams to identify areas of improvement and lead data-driven initiatives to boost PINS performance.
  • Package PINS strategic story for PowerPoint presentations and clearly articulate team messaging to create a risk-conscious culture.
  • Escalate potential issues to Senior Director to ensure proper action and attention are given to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional work experience, including 1-2 years at a top strategy consulting firm.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at a time in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include operating experience in Healthcare Technology, Payments, Trust & Safety, or Risk Management, and CAPM or PMP Certification.
