Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project delivery through proactive management of safety, quality, communication, timelines, budgets, and change processes.
  • Lead and organize project teams to meet project objectives, including requirements, expectations, innovation, timelines, and financial constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration with all levels of organizational leadership and various disciplines to align with strategic planning, resource distribution, and the achievement of business targets.
  • Develop financial plans and manage performance against budgets, including labor, expenses, and project costs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 20 years of experience in consulting and engineering within the water and wastewater sectors.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Carolina or eligibility through reciprocity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of consulting and engineering services relevant to governmental and private sector industries.
  • Experience in contracting, managing, and executing projects through both traditional and alternative delivery methods.
  • Extensive project experience in the Water/Wastewater Discipline, including water distribution systems, wastewater collection, treatment processes, and hydraulic modeling.
  • A strong network of professional contacts within the Water/Wastewater sector in South Carolina is preferred.
