Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist

WellStone, a leading behavioral healthcare provider, is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care to children with special needs.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' communication status, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress towards goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clinicians, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
- Standardized Testing and Documentation: Administer standardized tests to evaluate pediatric patients' communication status and document results.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research-based guidelines and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Client-Centered Care: Provide care that supports sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, minimum 1-year experience in pediatrics, and certification in Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Certifications and Licenses: Current State License in Good Standing, ASHA certification, and ability to pass background checks.
