Be enthusiastic about learning from others while contributing your unique insights and skills.
Proficient in utilizing debugging, profiling, and analysis tools to support software applications.

Our team members excel in a hands-on environment where everyone actively engages in product definition, technical architecture reviews, iterative development, code evaluations, and operational tasks.

Lead with empathy and align your career aspirations with business objectives.

Exhibit strategic product thinking regarding new features and services to enhance our customer engagement solutions at the intersection of advertising, marketing, support, and comprehensive customer insights.

A Day in the Life: Lead bi-weekly sprint planning sessions.
Participate in daily standups with the team.
Facilitate weekly operational meetings, lunch-and-learns, and one-on-one career coaching sessions with your team members.
Provide weekly updates on project progress.
Organize and engage in project meetings and reviews with UX, PM, and Engineering stakeholders.
Contribute to feature development and conduct code reviews for your colleagues.
Enjoy team bonding through weekly events to foster strong working relationships.

About the Team: We are a team that values your work-life balance while encouraging you and your team to tackle challenges at AWS scale.

You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, start-up atmosphere where agile development is embraced and innovation is encouraged.

Receive support and resources from some of the brightest minds in the industry to facilitate your personal and professional growth.

Join a fun team that takes pride in a positive work environment with an inclusive culture, all working together towards a shared goal and making history by launching a new strategic service in the industry.

Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
7+ years of direct experience within engineering teams.
3+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Familiarity with engineering practices and patterns throughout the complete software/hardware/networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.

Experience collaborating with product or program management teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in engaging with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, articulate software product features, technical designs, and product strategies.

Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of Software Engineers to enhance their skills and effectiveness as product software engineers.
