Job Description

The Busser/Runner plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
  • Delivering food and beverages to guests with proper timing and presentation
  • Supporting servers in maintaining table maintenance throughout service
  • Assisting in opening and closing duties
  • Stocking service stations with necessary supplies

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Busser/Runner will also be expected to:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
  • Conduct regular restroom checks and clean restrooms as needed
  • Ensure proper setup of tables according to standards
  • Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, dusting furniture and fixtures, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Must be 18 years or older
