The Electronic Banking Administration Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our Electronic Banking Department. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide daily operational and administrative support to the Electronic Banking Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain department manager's schedules
- Communicate and coordinate with executive management, regional bank presidents, legal counsel, bank examiners, vendors, internal and external customers
- Prepare and process management product reports, annual budget, monthly billings, general ledger, accounts payable, manager reimbursement, expense reports, board presentations and assignments
- Update and maintain Electronic Banking PowerBi dashboards
- Assist department managers with internal audit/exam requests, compliance, meetings, travel, vendor visits and presentations
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for presentation by executives, committees, etc.
- Operate office equipment, such as copiers or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail correspondence for departments
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Take meeting notes and track action items as requested
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) & Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent organization and coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet time deadlines
- Advanced typing skills
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Time Management
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred
