Job Summary

The Electronic Banking Administration Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our Electronic Banking Department. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide daily operational and administrative support to the Electronic Banking Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain department manager's schedules
  • Communicate and coordinate with executive management, regional bank presidents, legal counsel, bank examiners, vendors, internal and external customers
  • Prepare and process management product reports, annual budget, monthly billings, general ledger, accounts payable, manager reimbursement, expense reports, board presentations and assignments
  • Update and maintain Electronic Banking PowerBi dashboards
  • Assist department managers with internal audit/exam requests, compliance, meetings, travel, vendor visits and presentations
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for presentation by executives, committees, etc.
  • Operate office equipment, such as copiers or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail correspondence for departments
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Take meeting notes and track action items as requested
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) & Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet time deadlines
  • Advanced typing skills
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Time Management
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred
