Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at Marshall & Sterling. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of commercial insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
