The Senior Nuclear Regulatory Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations align with relevant regulations and guidelines. This position requires a deep understanding of nuclear safety principles, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Safety and Safeguards Review Council (SSRC) program activities
  • Reviewing and approving proposed license changes affecting safety, physical security, and material control and accountability
  • Coordinating reviews of work requests, procedures, and drawings detailing proposed process changes
  • Administering the Internally Authorized Change (IAC) Program
  • Preparing licensing submittals to regulatory agencies

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nuclear engineering, safety analysis, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a technical discipline, or 8 years of experience in a similar role, may substitute for the degree. Additionally, over 10 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, safety, safety analysis, or other directly related experience in a nuclear or similar highly regulated position is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $92,000 - $142,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our total compensation package includes a full range of medical, retirement, and other benefits.
