Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our Business Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering critical business insights to inform executive-level decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analytics & Reporting: Develop a deep understanding of our business challenges and roadmap, and use data to inform key decisions and priorities across the organization. Define critical KPIs and build core operating dashboards to drive operational rigor and manage performance.
- Strategy & Special Projects: Partner with senior leaders to tackle key strategic questions and critical business initiatives. Develop business cases for potential investments and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Planning & Forecasting: Manage forecast models for core topline metrics that drive company-wide forecasting, goal-setting, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, business administration, or data analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in analytical or strategic roles, with at least 2 years in Trust & Safety.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and seek information and resources as needed.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior executives.
- High-energy, positive team player with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners.
- Keen aptitude to scale the team and build processes for a small but mighty team.
