Job Title: North American Sales Manager

Columbia Machine, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced North American Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our market presence in North America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
