We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Maine. As a Home Health Skilled LPN, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for assessing the needs of our clients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing hands-on care and support to help them achieve their goals. We're seeking an LPN who is passionate about patient-centered care and has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

With a strong focus on patient advocacy, we empower our nurses to take an active role in their clients' care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive support. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and challenges. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support and education to clients and their families. We're looking for an LPN who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary of $28-$31/hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate will have a valid Nursing License in the State of Maine, a minimum of two years of experience in skilled care, recent wound care experience, and current CPR BLS Certification. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide hands-on care and support to clients, including wound care and medication management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive support
  • Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
  • Minimum of two years of experience in skilled care
  • Recent wound care experience
  • Current CPR BLS Certification
