Position Overview

The Concord Plaza Hotel is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to ensure our property remains in optimal condition for guests and staff alike. This role involves maintaining and repairing various mechanical systems, utilizing skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration.

Compensation:

$20 - $23 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with team members to address maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with fellow staff and management.
  • Follow all safety protocols and engineering standards diligently.
  • Utilize a variety of tools, including hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches, to perform maintenance duties.
  • Resolve maintenance issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry weights of 50 lbs. or more is necessary.
