Compensation Structure:Compensation is commission-based, with potential earnings exceeding $150,000.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately prepare and manage all necessary documentation from clients, real estate professionals, and related parties.
- Maintain an active pipeline of loan applications in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with clients, realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Guide clients in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of various loan options to help them make informed decisions.
- Oversee the mortgage process to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Possession of a valid NMLS Mortgage Originator License is mandatory.
- Familiarity with lending regulations and adherence to underwriting guidelines is essential.
- Proficiency in loan origination software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, along with Microsoft Office Suite, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are required.
- A minimum of several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is necessary.
