Job Description
The Medical College of Wisconsin is committed to advancing excellence in science and medicine through innovative partnerships and collaborations. As a Senior Program Development Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive national growth strategies to increase the use of the Kern National Network (KNN) framework in medical education and clinical care teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to advance the KNN's goals.
  • Oversee the portfolio of programs for partner development and relations, focusing on expanding the use of the KNN's Framework for Flourishing.
  • Plan and execute events, including national conferences and external meetings, to promote the KNN's work.
  • Collaborate with the KNN Program Office team to develop and implement effective strategies for growing the network.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a director or leadership role, preferably in education, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, or business.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Salary Range:$140,000 - $170,000 per year.
